Staff Usage

As courses can be accessed by any computer at any time, you can access courses for personal and non-work-related subjects on your own time. Please note that online learning courses taken outside of work hours will not be considered towards overtime hours.

As with attending any in-person professional development workshops or classes where the training is specifically related to your work, staff members should have a conversation with their manager/supervisor to seek authorization to take the training during regular working hours, after hours as overtime hours, or some other mutually agreeable arrangement.
